Refund Policy

Because our products are perishable, all sales are final.

That said, we want you to have a great experience with The Baking Agent. If something isn't right with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup so we can review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.

Situations We May Review for Refund or Replacement

We may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit if:

  • You received the wrong item(s).

  • Your order arrived significantly damaged due to an issue with packaging or fulfillment.

  • There was an error with your order that was the result of our mistake.

To request a review, please email info@thebakingagent.co within 24 hours of delivery or pickup and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue (if applicable)

  • A brief description of the concern

Situations Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds, replacements, or credits are not available for:

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout

  • Delivery delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

  • Minor cosmetic variations or imperfections that do not affect quality

  • Personal taste preferences

Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, slight variations in appearance are normal and part of what makes each bake unique.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
