We don't have a storefront, and that's by design. The Baking Agent operates from a licensed commercial kitchen, allowing us to focus on creating thoughtfully crafted cookies, brownies, and seasonal favorites. You can shop online, find us at select retail partners, or visit us at upcoming events throughout the Richmond area.

We bake in small batches and ship every Tuesday and Friday. Place your order by 12:00 PM ET the day before your preferred shipping day to be included in that batch. During holidays or special releases, we'll communicate any schedule changes in advance.

We currently ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as UPS and USPS. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Because our products are perishable, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@thebakingagent.co so we can make it right.

Our cookies, brownies, and bars are individually packaged to maintain freshness during shipping. Enjoy them within 5–7 days of shipment, or freeze them in their original packaging for up to 3 months.

If you prefer a warm cookie, microwave it in 10-second increments until it reaches your desired temperature. Keep in mind that warming the cookie will soften the texture and change the eating experience slightly.

If your cookies have been sitting outside on a warm day and feel softer than you'd like (but aren't melted), simply place them in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. They'll firm back up beautifully and be ready to enjoy.

These recipes are developed using dedicated ingredients and separate mixing bowls, utensils, and equipment whenever possible. However, all products are prepared in a shared licensed commercial kitchen where common allergens—including wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts—are present. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from cross-contact.
