We’re an online baked goods store by design. Our focus is boutique-quality bakes made for gifting, shipping, and savoring at home. The brand may grow and change, but our standard stays the same: thoughtful, high-end bakes made to celebrate joys big and small.

We ship weekly. Orders placed by Sunday at 12pm ET ship the following Tuesday. You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your label is created. Once your order is with the carrier, delivery timing depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.

If you're local to Richmond, VA, you can shop our rotating pickup menu through Birdhouse Online Farmers Market. Order Thursday - Sunday and pick up Tuesday between 4p-6p. Find us here!

We take on a limited number of custom orders. Think: intentional, not infinite. Reach out to us at info@thebakingagent.co and tell us what you'd like and we'll set up a quick conversation to see if we’re a match.

While we cannot guarantee delivery dates, we do have a 3-7 day shipping window for each order. You will also receive updates on order delivery status once your purchases are shipped.

We do not have a full vegan or gluten-free menu —but we’re working on it. We currently offer a vegan Double Chocolate Chip cookie, but it does contain wheat.

We want our gluten-free and vegan bakes to be delicious in their own right, not “pretty good” versions of something else. So once we make something we love that holds its own, we'll continue to add to the menu.

We accept payments through our online shop from all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express (AMEX), and Discover. We also accept Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We process all online shop payments through Shopify.

For local pop-ups and Farmer's Markets, we accept cash in addition to all of the payment options noted above.
