What started as a creative outlet during a major career transition became something much bigger: a business built around curiosity, craftsmanship, and the belief that great baking is about more than following a recipe.
Before launching The Baking Agent, I spent more than a decade in consulting and program management. While those experiences may seem worlds away from baking, they shaped how I approach every product today—with equal parts creativity, strategy, and attention to detail.
Baking is both an art and a science
Science helps you understand the rules. Art begins when you know which ones to bend. That philosophy guides everything we make.
Every cookie, brownie, and seasonal bake is produced in small batches and designed to feel thoughtful rather than excessive. You'll find familiar flavors, unexpected twists, quality ingredients, and plenty of care behind every product.
