Shipping policy
Processing time
All orders are baked and packed fresh. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before your order ships (unless a product listing notes a specific ship date).
Shipping carriers + delivery estimates
We ship with major carriers (USPS/UPS). Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location. Carrier transit times are estimates and can’t be guaranteed.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout (and occasional promos/free shipping offers will be shown at checkout when available).
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it at your expense.
Warm weather notice
Our bakes are made to ship, but heat happens. In warmer months (or in hot destinations), we may use additional packaging. If you’re ordering during a heat wave, consider shipping to a location where someone can bring the package inside quickly.
Delivery timing + responsibility
Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, it is considered delivered. We can’t replace packages that are stolen after delivery, but we’re happy to help you file a carrier claim if applicable.
Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged—or if tracking shows an issue—email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

We’ll make it right as reasonably as possible (replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation).
Returns
Because our products are food items, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. If something isn’t right, contact us—we’ll take care of you.
