This answer is two-fold: 

For treats made at my home kitchen and direct to a customer: I do not operate in an allergen-free kitchen. While I take precautions—like using separate tools, storage, and cleaning thoroughly—I cannot guarantee zero cross-contact. All baked goods will be labeled as such. Customers with severe food allergies should use their best judgment before ordering. 

For treats made for events and/or in larger quantities for multiple consumers at once: I coordinate with a local certified commercial kitchen space for compliance with Virginia Food and Drink Law where insurance and permits are required. In this setting, the space is allergen free. The major difference here is that this kitchen is formally inspected and my direct-to-consumer home kitchen is covered under Virginia Cottage Food Law which allows me to start where I am (my kitchen!) while growing my business.

All items are made fresh and should be refrigerated starting the day after delivery to maintain flavor and texture. When you're ready to indulge, just bring your treat to room temperature for that fresh-from-the-oven feel.
