Hi, I’m Misha—baker, real estate pro, and founder of The Baking Agent. This business began during a moment of transition—one of those beautifully uncertain in-between spaces. While waiting for my real estate license to get approved, I found myself back in the kitchen, reconnecting with a longtime passion. What started as a creative outlet quickly became something more: a celebration of community, bold decisions, and the comfort of feeling truly at home. Every item is baked to order using high-quality ingredients and flavor-forward pairings designed to surprise and delight. My style is simple, refined, and a little adventurous—because the best things in life usually are.

Before I was baking small-batch sweets, I was leading large-scale federal consulting projects. My background spans healthcare, nonprofit strategy, and finance—each chapter shaping how I build, plan, and serve today. I spent years helping organizations find clarity in complexity, and now I bring that same sense of purpose (and precision!) to everything I do—whether that’s crafting a cookie or helping a client sell their home. I am the Founder and CEO of Home with Misha, brokered by eXp Realty, and The Baking Agent is my creative counterpart—a place to blend the structured with the soulful, the strategic with the sweet.
